关于汇款方式：
一、公对公汇款
由单位下拨资金进行对公汇款，公对公汇款只支持公务卡到对公账户、公司企业银行、院校对公银行等方式汇款，如需个人对公请咨询责任编辑。
二、财务账户汇款
针对个人汇款后开取发票进行报销的作者和无法进行公对公汇款的作者设立的财务账号。

Introduction to the Journal:

Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database (Full-text Edition) Library and Information, referred to as Library and Information, is a continuous electronic periodical approved by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television, directed by the Southwest Information Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and sponsored by Chongqing Weipu Information Co., LTD. Belongs to the national library science and education comprehensive professional academic journals. Domestic serial number: CN50-9208/G, International standard serial number: ISSN1671-556X, publication cycle: monthly. Founded in 2016, this journal is a Chinese science and technology journal database, China Core Journal (Selection) database, China Academic Journal comprehensive Evaluation database, and VIP Chinese Journal service platform full-text journals. We call for contributions from people working in the fields of information, education and publishing.

The requirements of Library and Information Magazine: academic papers should be scientific, innovative and readable, with clear theme, sufficient evidence, detailed information and clear hierarchy, and have not been published publicly.

Column setting:

The main sections include academic frontier, information research, library construction, historical archives, cultural education, management innovation, theory and practice, etc.

Submission Method:

The email of Library and Information magazine is tsqbzzsyx@163.com. Authors can submit their articles online or by email to the editorial department. Manuscripts are not refundable, please keep the bottom of the author, please do not more than one manuscript! Please fill in the telephone, mailing address, postal code and other contact information!

Requirements for submission:

1. Title: generally no more than 20 Chinese characters (except subtitle).

2. Author's name and work unit: in the format of "author's name/full name of work unit, postal code of the city of the province".

3. Abstract: Write in the third person (do not use "this article", "author" and other main words, can use "article"), generally no more than 200 words.

4. Key words: 3-8, middle semicolon (;) Be apart.

5. Fund project: The paper sponsored by the fund should indicate the name of the fund project, the topic of the project, and the project number, and indicate the project number in parentheses.

6. Author profile: author's name (birth year -), gender, nationality, place of origin, full name of current employer, professional title, degree, research direction, etc.

7. Text: require rigorous structure, concise expression, precise semantics, bright arguments, sufficient evidence, citing standard, accurate data.

8. References: annotated at the end of the text according to the order of appearance in the text; And are represented by numbers with square brackets, e.g. [1], [2],... In the same format as the indicator number in the main text. Each reference entry ends with a ". The end.

9. Any article published in this journal is at the author's own responsibility. This publication has the right to edit the manuscript, if you do not agree to edit, please indicate when submitting. The journal has the right to enter the database of articles accepted. Do not submit more than one manuscript. If you do not receive any reply from us within three months, the author can deal with it by himself. All manuscripts are not refundable. Please keep the manuscript by yourself.
